Our Mission
Our mission is to support underserved students with equity-focused learning interventions that will enable students to not only meet but surpass the grade norms of their peers.
At Enlearn, we have developed a groundbreaking, equity-driven learning platform that allows publishers, school districts, and teachers to work together to deliver personalized learning to underserved students using 10 years of research science to make content and learning more effective.
Enlearn diagnoses key learning obstacles and misconceptions in real-time to deliver the right problem with the right support at the right time, personalized to the student’s learning DNA.
Who are we?
Our people are passionate about data, customers, and big challenges. We ask ourselves daily: How can we make this better for student learning? Most importantly, we are driven to find solutions that improve learning outcomes in real classrooms, with real teachers, and real students.
There is an urgency to our work. We are committed to our vision and mission and to the future of all students.
Why are we doing this?
“Kids only get one chance at 4th grade — it’s up to us to make sure they get the best learning experience possible.”
–John Mullin, Enlearn CEO
Enlearn was founded by Zoran Popović to maximize the impact of his research at the University of Washington where he conducts large-scale educational studies related to student engagement and discovery.
The Enlearn Platform adapts to the student AND to the entire learning ecosystem.
Our Core Values
BOLD
We want to make a BIG difference, not just a “tweak” to the status quo.
CURIOUS & OPTIMISTIC
We are inherently curious to find solutions and optimistic that they can be found.
BRAVE & HONEST
We say what we mean and we say it directly. We assume the best intent in others.
TEAMWORK & EMPATHY
We think about how our individual contributions can help the whole team be more successful. We show empathy toward others; we really listen.
DRIVEN & PERSISTENT
We work hard, rapidly iterate, and use all available tools to solve problems. We don’t have time to waste; every minute that students are not benefiting from our work is a missed opportunity.
